The full story of this project is completely wild. There is an unbelievable fractal of complexity here. If you had told me ahead of time I would have thought you'd be having a laugh. This project is something extraordinary which could make a material impact on psychiatry, and it *can not come* from the medical establishment. It is not possible for them to propose this. The range of people who can propose and build this is extremely narrow, even though it can help almost everyone.
