Access Devices
Our program provides devices at no cost to organisations that help people facing digital exclusion due to systemic barriers or life circumstances.
To qualify, your clientele must meet at least one of the following:
- Currently experiencing family/domestic violence (any gender)
- Currently experiencing homelessness
- Receiving or recently discharged from psychiatric inpatient care
- Recent victim of device theft (provide police report)
- NDIS participants and DSP/WorkCover recipients
- People who were recently released from incarceration or forensic mental health
In practice, we seem to mostly end up working with psychiatric inpatient/outpatient services. That's totally acceptable and within scope.

We are always limited by what we have in stock, and we need some of it for other purposes. All of this is donated. We do not get paid to do this.

We initially launched with more direct public access, but had no interest, and dealing with organisations is much easier with our limited resources, and also legally simpler.
